Tom leads Unit4’s business in continental Europe with a focus on strategy development, sales performance and operational management for the region. He is an experienced General Manager, who has held a number of transformation roles, overseeing M&A, organisational design and business transformation. He has been with Unit4 since 2014 in a number of leadership roles, including Global Head of FP&A and Managing Director for Benelux. Prior to Unit4 he was a management consultant with Bain & Company and holds an MsC from Delft University of Technology in Aerospace Engineering.
