Working closely with Sales & Support Engineers your role will be to architect effective hosting solutions and create / present quotes to both active and perspective clients.
Responsibilities of the New Business Sales Executive / Account Manager will be:
* Field inbound & outbound calls via live chat, telephone and in person
* Attend trade shows and networking events in the secure hosting arena
* Educate customers and perspective customers on best practice
* Respond to inbound leads and contacts, follow up leads
* Assist prospective and current customers with solution planning and execution and taking management of creating quotes.
Skills & Experience required from the New Business Sales Executive / Account Manager:
* Extensive knowledge of the secure hosting market
* Proven track record of new business sales or account management
* Degree qualified (preferable)
